NCPI Solutions can provide engineers for both static and mobile sites. Our engineers are trained in all aspects of the service offered and are able to attend site within two hours or less, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Our call centre is manned around the clock, to give an instant response. The engineers’ service vehicles are also tracked by the Trafficmaster Fleetstar GPS system, which means that the nearest engineer is always contactable and can be dispatched to site immediately.

All engineers are equipped with mobile telephones and / or Blackberry PDA’s or HP PDA’s. Outside normal working hours our standby engineer is contacted by our call centre and will call site to check a problem as soon as he receives the call. If necessary, in the event of a major failure, the site contingency plan can be put in to place immediately. The standby engineer is backed up by a second engineer and specialist subcontractors as required.
