Ryan Lewis
Ryan Lewis is a 27-year-old British racing driver, currently competing in the American Le Mans Series.
Ryan’s racing career began in the UK in T-Cars and he quickly made a name for himself when he moved into single-seaters in 2003, winning the competitive Formula Palmer Audi Championship. He went on to win the National Class of the British F3 International Series in 2004, moving swiftly up to the Championship Class and then made a move Stateside to see what the action was like across the Atlantic. In his first ever Formula Atlantic’s race in 2006 he finished second and went on to have two successful seasons in that series before making the switch to prototype racing in the American Le Mans Series.
BLOODHOUND Project
The BLOODHOUND Project is an international education initiative focused around a 1,000 mph World Land Speed Record attempt.
The BLOODHOUND Education Programme is dedicated to bringing the project into the UK’s classrooms. Almost 4,000 Primary and Secondary schools are already using BLOODHOUND as a vehicle for teaching maths, science and technology and this figure is growing very fast.
The BLOODHOUND SSC (Super Sonic Car) has been designed to run at speeds up to 1,050 mph and being jet and rocket powered has 133,000 ehp (about the same as 180 Formula 1 cars). It is currently entering the build phase of the programme with plans to roll out at the end of 2011 with an initial shakedown run in the UK. The car will then be reviewed and packaged for shipping to South Africa, aiming for 1,000 mph in 2012.
Scott Malvern

The 2011 season also saw the introduction of the Formula Ford Eurocup, which saw Scott and his British colleagues compete against the best Formula Ford racers in Europe around some of the best tracks on the continent. Scott dominance in Britain continued in Europe, the Brit taking nine wins in eleven races to win all four Eurocup weekends.
Tom Onslow-Cole
Tom Onslow Cole is racing driver from Surrey famous for racing in the British Touring Car Championships.
He has raced for Team RAC, for Vauxhall’s hugely successful factory-backed squad and Team Aon Ford Focus.
For 2011 Tom has joined the highly ambitious AmD Milltek team that runs a two-litre turbocharged VW Golf in the series. Already the partnership has begun to flourish, with Tom leading a race for his new team in only the second meeting of the season and making history by scoring the car’s first championship points. There is a huge amount of excitement and interest to see just how far AmD Milltek and TO-C can go.
Darren Turner
Darren Turner is one of the UK’s most successful and experienced racing drivers.
His talent was recognised early in his career when he won the much-coveted McLaren Autosport BRDC Young Driver of the Year Award, joining an elite group of racers including David Coulthard, Dario Franchitti and current F1 World Champion Jenson Button. Darren worked for many years as a test driver for the McLaren F1 Team, alongside a busy racing career in single-seaters, touring cars and sportscars.
Since 2005 Darren has been a key member of the Aston Martin Racing team, a project that has seen him win the toughest race of them all, the Le Mans 24 Hours, two years in succession. Now an Official Works Driver for Aston Martin Racing, he is competing in the 2011 Intercontinental Le Mans Cup in the brand new AMR-One and the FIA GT1 World Championship in the Aston Martin DBR9.
